All products offered by Elevation Labs ("we," "us") are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or household chemicals, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. Products must not be used for any purpose other than legitimate scientific research conducted by qualified professionals in a controlled laboratory setting.

Eligibility

By purchasing from this website, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research entity or as a qualified individual researcher, and will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorized through our payment processor, Stripe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse, fraud, or where a product is listed at an incorrect price.

No Warranty for Misuse

We make no representations regarding the safety or suitability of any product for any use outside of qualified laboratory research. Elevation Labs assumes no liability for any improper handling, storage, or use of products purchased through this site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
