Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.
Packaging
Compounds are shipped in discreet, protective packaging designed to preserve product integrity in transit. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods during shipping but should be stored per label instructions upon arrival.
Returns
Due to the nature of these products, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue and we'll make it right.
